What shipping method do you use?
All our orders are sent through the SA Postal Service. We send using either ordinary mail or counter to counter (overnight delivery).  Both of these shipping options are registered and come with a tracking number.

SA Post Office Ordinary Mail
Your order is shipped to your nearest Post Office. It takes maximum 5 working days. Track and Trace number is provided. Orders are posted on Tuesday and Thursday.

SA Post Office Counter to Counter
Your order is shipped overnight to your nearest Post Office. Track and Trace number is provided. Orders are posted on Tuesday and Thursday.

How Long Does it Take?
Orders are posted every Tuesday and Thursday.

If you have selected the overnight option your cards will be available by the Friday of the week that they were ordered.

If you selected the Ordinary Mail then they will be available the following week. The Post Office cannot give any gaurantees as to when an ordinary mail parcel will arrive but the maximum waiting time is 5 working days.

How Safe is My Order?
You receive a tracking number with each order that looks similar to this :
    TC 123 456 789 ZA
You can track your order using the SA Postal Service : http://www.sapo.co.za/
Click the “Online Tools” drop down box at the top of the page and then select “Track and Trace”.

Have You Ever Lost an Order?
To date the Luckshack has sent well over a thousand orders all around the country and have not lost a single one.

How Much Is Postage?
Postage charge is a flat fee of either R20 for ordinary mail or R60 for overnight delivery.

Where Can I Collect My Order?
Orders are sent to the Post Office that you specify.
Please keep your tracking number and use it to collect the parcel.
